9.\nAUTHORIZE RFP: CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION\nINSPECTION SERVICES FOR ALHAMBRA LIT CROSSWALK TRAFFIC CONTROL\nDEVICES PROJECT – F2M22-56, RFP2M25-16\nOn December 9, 2024, the City Council approved the circulation of the Notice of Inviting\nBids for construction of the Alhambra Active Transportation Program (ATP), Lit Crosswalk\nTraffic Control Devices. The project consists of Lit Crosswalk Traffic Control Devices\nimprovements at the following proposed locations: Main/Meridian; Valley/Monterey;\nMain/Marguerita; Chapel/Elgin; Main/Curtis; Valley/Date; Main/Vega; Main/Olive; and,\nValley/Primrose. Pursuant to the project, staff is seeking authorization to distribute a\nRequest for Proposals (RFP) for Construction Management and Construction Inspection\nServices.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council authorize the distribution of a Request for\nProposals (RFP) for Construction Management and Construction Inspection Services for\nthe Alhambra Active Transportation Program Lit Crosswalk Traffic Control Devices Project\nwith proposals due no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 25, 2025.
