Approve the proposed lease agreement\nwith the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, for the\nuse of Room No. 102 as a Library within the Laguna Hills Community Center, 25555\nAlicia Parkway, Laguna Hills, California; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to make\nminor modifications, as necessary, to the lease agreement and to execute the lease\nagreement.
