(Zoning\nCode Maps) of Article 1 of the New Zoning Code, with the\nmodifications in Attachment 1, Modifications Memo and Director of\nPlanning Technical Memo listed in Attachment 1, Modifications Memo;\nproposed Plans Community Benefits - Local Affordable Housing Maps;\nproposed Conservation District and Individual Historic Resource\nReview Supplemental Districts and Maps; proposed Hazardous Sites\nMaps; the Proposed Plans include amending both the Policy\nDocuments and General Plan Land Use Maps for the Harbor Gateway\nand Wilmington-Harbor City Community Plans, the Proposed Plans\nwould also adopt several zoning ordinances to implement the updates\nto the Community Plans, including rezoning all parcels in the Harbor\nLA Plan Area to regulate specific uses and apply development\nstandards (including height of structures, Floor Area Ratios, and site\nconfiguration) using the City’s New Zoning Code, the Harbor Gateway\nCommunity Plan Area (CPA) contains approximately 3,229 acres\n(approximately 5.1 square miles) and is located in the southern portion\nof Los Angeles, the CPA is a narrow corridor which links the City's\nHarbor, San Pedro, Wilmington, and Harbor City communities to the\nmain body of the city, the Harbor Gateway CPA is bordered by the\nsouth and southeast Los Angeles CPAs to the north (at 120th Street),\nthe cities of Gardena and Torrance to the west; and Carson and\nunincorporated Los Angeles County to the east, and it shares a\ncommon boundary with the Wilmington-Harbor City CPA to the south\n(at Sepulveda Boulevard); and adoption of project findings.\nApplicant: City of Los Angeles\nCase No. CPC-2018-6404-CPU\nEnvironmental No. ENV-2019-3379-EIR\nFiscal Impact Statement: No
