12.\nSidewalk Steam Pressure Washing Services - Reject All Bids for Contract\nNo. 9832-1 and Approve Amendment No. One to Maintenance and Repair\nServices Agreement with Quality Commercial Cleaning, Inc.\na) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines\nbecause this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or\nindirectly;\nb) Reject all bids received for Contract No. 9832-1; and\nc) Approve Amendment No. One to the Maintenance and Repair Services\nAgreement with Quality Commercial Cleaning, Inc. dba Spectrum Facility\nMaintenance to extend the term to September 30, 2026, and increase the\nnot-to-exceed amount by $310,000, for a new not-to-exceed amount of $1,781,703,\nand authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement.\nStaff Report\nAttachment A - Amendment No. One
