18)\nRiverside County Transportation Commission Funding Agreement Under the SB\n821 Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities Program\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Riverside\nCounty Transportation Commission accepting funding of $360,381.50 through the SB\n821 Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities Program for the Spring Street Sidewalk\nImprovement Project in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
