4. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreements with Melad and Associates Inc. and True\nNorth Compliance Services for Plan Check Services\nThe City Council will consider: (CD)\na. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreements with Melad and Associates, Inc. and True North\nCompliance Services to provide plan check and building inspection services in the amount not to\nexceed $1,500,000, over a two-year extension term, funds allocation starting July 1, 2025 until\nSeptember 30, 2027; and\nb. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney;
