(4)\n24-1005-S1\nMotion (Rodriguez, McOsker – Lee) relative to instructing the\nDepartment of City Planning, in consultation with the City Attorney, to\nprepare an amendment to the Zoning Code regarding the controlling\nland use regulations for Recreational Vehicle Parks to clarify and\nmaintain consistency between provisions of the Zoning Code, Fire\nCode and State of California Building Code, including modifications to\nother City codes needed to facilitate this instruction, such as Los\nAngeles Municipal Code Section 14.00 concerning Public Benefit\nProjects, and any amendments necessary to clarify the distinction\nbetween Mobilehome Parks and Recreational Vehicle Parks, and the\napplicable land use limitations, standards, and approval processes\nrelative to each kind of park.
