2.N. AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR\nSERVICES WITH WESTERN AUDIO VISUAL [L.\nQUIJANO, E. TSIPIS, K. DEVINE]:\nThe City Council will consider amending the\nagreement with Western Audio Visual for\nteleconferencing equipment installation and\nmaintenance services in City conference rooms.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No.\n5 to the agreement for services with Western Audio\nVisual to increase the amount of the agreement by\n$100,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$298,000 to cover the cost of the Audio Visual\nEquipment upgrades; and 2) Authorize the City\nManager or designee to execute documents incident\nto this Lease Agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
