DAVIS]:\nThe City Council will consider approval of an\nagreement with Francis Krahe & Associates (FKA) to\nprovide a lighting study, analyzing the proposed\nbillboards on Sunset Boulevard.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: Approve an agreement for\nservices with Francis Krahe & Associates in the\namount not to exceed $111,400.00 1) to conduct a\nlighting study for proposed billboards on Sunset\nBoulevard; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to\nexecute all necessary documents related to the\nagreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
