12.H.\nSlurry Program Phase 1 - Award of Contract\nRecommendation:\n1) Award the construction contract to Pavement Coatings Company, in the\namount of $2,182,511 for the Construction of Slurry Program Phase 1\nProject;\n2) Reject all other bids;\n3) Approve $218,252 in contingency funding for Slurry Program Phase 1\nProject, subject to the approval of the City Manager; and\n4) Authorize the City Manager to sign the construction contract on behalf of\nthe City.
