21)\nAmendment No. 1 to the Contractor Services Agreements for On-call\nGeotechnical Testing Services\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 with LOR\nGeotechnical Group, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $20,000 and Amendment No. 1\nwith ALTA California Geotechnical, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $20,000 for on-call\ngeotechnical testing services in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
