12.I.\nAgreement for Contract Services - Ocean Blue Environmental Services\nRecommendation:\n1) Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for\nContract Services with Ocean Blue Environmental Services, Inc. (Ocean\nBlue) to provide on-call abandoned debris and material removal services\nfor a fee not to exceed $100,000 annually; and\n2) Adopt Resolution No. 2025-42 adding a supplemental appropriation of\n$100,000 to the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Budget to fund the agreement with\nOcean Blue Environmental Services for abandoned debris and material\nremoval services.
