HAMANT]:\nThe City Council will consider approving Amendment\nNo. 2 with H.L. Moe. Co. Inc. to provide on-call\nplumbing and drain repair services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No.\n2 to the Agreement with H.L. Moe Co. Inc. to provide\non-call plumbing and drain repair services for an\nincreased amount of $25,000 and a new total not-to-\nexceed amount of $122,600 and extend the term of\nthe Agreement by 36 months; and 2) Authorize the\nCity Manager or designee to execute documents\nincident to the award of the Amendment.\nSTAFF REPORT
