COLLINS, E.\nHAMANT]:\nThe City Council will consider approving Amendment\nNo. 5 with R&S Overhead Doors of South Bay, Inc. to\nprovide roll-up and industrial door maintenance\nservices.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No.\n5 to the Agreement with R&S Overhead Doors of\nSouth Bay, Inc. to provide roll-up and industrial door\nmaintenance services for an increased amount of\n$55,000 and a new total not-to-exceed amount of\n$145,000; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or\ndesignee to execute documents incident to the award\nof the Amendment.\nSTAFF REPORT
