3. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 3139 with Security System Devices, Inc.\n(SSD) for Security Services for the Urban Orchard Park\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 3139 with Security Signal Devices, Inc.\n(“Agreement”), to install security systems at the Urban Orchard Park for the education building\nand maintenance garage and to provide monitoring services, for an amount not to exceed\n$25,239,\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 2 in a form approved by the City Attorney;\nand\nc. Authorize transferring $4,356 in Measure W Grant Funds from the FY 2025/26 Capital\nImprovement Program to the FY 2025/26 Public Works Operations Budget to pay for monitoring\nservices for this fiscal year.
