2. Approve Amendment No. 3 to the MOU (Contract No. 2940) between LA Gateway Region\nIntegrated Reginal Water Management, Joint Powers Authority, and Participating Cities for\nImplementation of the Watershed Management Program & Coordinated Integrated\nMonitoring Plan\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving the Third Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (Contract No. 2940)\nbetween the Los Angeles Gateway Region Integrated Regional Water Management Joint Powers\nAuthority and participating agencies (“MOU Amendment”) for administration and cost sharing for\nthe implementation of the Lower Los Angeles River Watershed Management Program and the\nCoordinated Integrated Monitoring Program from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2030 or the\nexpiration of the forthcoming Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit, whichever\noccurs first, in an amount not-to-exceed $631,430;\nb. Appropriating $14,286 from Measure W for FY 2025/26 expenditures; and\nc. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Third Amendment in a form acceptable to the City\nAttorney.
