15)\nProfessional Services Agreement with Michael Baker International Inc. for Oncall Contract Planning Services\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Professional\nServices with Michael Baker International, Inc. to provide on-call contract planning\nservices in the amount not to exceed $180,000 per year for three years, with two\ntwelve-month extension options, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney.
