Approve Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. 2022-85-AC with BDO USA, LLP to Continue\nProviding General Accounting Services and Financial Assistance to the City of South Gate\nHousing Authority\nThe City Council will consider: (CD)\na. Approving Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. 2022-85-AC with BDO (“Agreement”), to continue\nproviding as needed accounting and financial services to the City of South Gate Housing\nAuthority (“SGHA”) effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, in an aggregate amount not to\nexceed $100,000; and\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 3 in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
