Authorizing the purchase of one (1) John Deere 320 P-Tier Backhoe Loader from Coastline\nEquipment, utilizing the Sourcewell Co-Opt Purchasing Program in an amount not-to-exceed\n$182,906;\nb. Appropriating $2,866 from Water Funds (Account 411-731-71-9003) to fully fund the purchase;\nand\nc. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the documents necessary to purchase one (1) John\nDeere 320 P-Tier Backhoe Loader in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
