Approve First Amendment to Agreement for Contractor Services, with GMZ Engineering, Inc., for the Ladyface\nGreenway Project; NIB 24-02B\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Amend the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Budget to include $3,560,000 of Measure M (HWY)\nfunds; 2) Amend the Construction Contract for the Ladyface Greenway Project; NIB 24-02B to GMZ\nEngineering, Inc. for total contract amount of $14,710,745, including the Deductive Bid Items from the Base Bid\nProposal; 3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the First Amendment to the Agreement for Contractor Services with\nGMZ Engineering, Inc.; and 4) Authorize the City Engineer to issue necessary change orders within the available\n­$2,200,000 contingency.
