(10) Public Hearing for a Tentative Parcel Map (TPM2020-1) and Development\nReview Permit (DR2020-1) for a Residential Subdivision Consisting of Four\nSingle-Family Dwelling Units Located at 8732 Prospect Avenue in the Low-\nMedium Density Residential (R-2) Zone (Applicant: Palm Tree Investments);\nFinding the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) Inapplicable or\nRelying on a CEQA Exemption per State CEQA Guidelines Section 15315.\n(Development Services – Best)\nRecommendation:\n1. Conduct and close the Public Hearing; and\n2. Find that Tentative Parcel Map TPM2020-1 and Development Review Permit\nDR2020-1 are exempt from CEQA and authorize the filing of a Notice of\nExemption; and\n3. Adopt the Resolutions approving Tentative Parcel Map TPM2020-1 and\nDevelopment Review Permit DR2020-1.
