3.\nConsideration to hold 2025 Winter Holiday Celebrations events at the Ken\nDyda Civic Center (Rodin) (15 mins)\nRecommendation: 1) Affirm holding 2025 Winter Holiday Celebration events\nat Ken Dyda Civic Center; 2) If affirmed, identify one of the following as the\npreferred option for the 2025 Winter Holiday Celebration events: a. Tree\nLighting ceremony on December 5, 2025 and Menorah Lighting ceremony on\nDecember 15, 2025; b. Tree and Menorah Lighting ceremonies and a\nweekend Winter Festival between December 5 and December 7, 2025; c.
