CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nBREEN DESIGN GROUP TO PROVIDE ON-CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES TO THE ENGINEERING\nDIVISION OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the Contract Services Agreement with Breen Design Group\nfor on-call professional architecture services by extending term by one (1) year and increasing\nthe contract sum by $300,000 for a total contract sum of $1,200,000.00.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 with Breen Design Group following\napproval as to form by the City Attorney.
