AWARD an agreement for on-call environmental services to Albert A. Webb Associates, for\nfive years, in the amount of $1,250,000.\n— 2. AWARD an agreement for on-call environmental services to Catalyst Environmental\nSolutions Corp., for five years, in the amount of $1,250,000.\n— 3. AWARD an agreement for on-call environmental services to Environmental Science\nAssociates (ESA), for five years, in the amount of $1,250,000.\n— 4. AWARD an agreement for on-call environmental services to FirstCarbon Solutions (FCS)\nInternational Inc., for five years, in the amount of $1,250,000.\n— 5. AWARD an agreement for on-call environmental services to Michael Baker International,\nfor five years, in the amount of $1,250,000.\n— 6. AWARD an agreement for on-call environmental services to MRS International, for five\nyears, in the amount of $1,250,000.\n— 7.
