29. CONSIDER (1) APPROVING A PUBLIC WORKS AGREEMENT WITH MCWIL SPORTS SURFACES INC.\nFOR REMOVING AND INSTALLING THE GYM FLOORING AT VETERANS SPORTS COMPLEX; (2)\nAPPROVING A PURCHASE ORDER WITH MCWIL SPORTS SURFACES INC. FOR THE GYM FLOORING\nMATERIALS AND SUPPLIES, FUNDED BY LOS ANGELES COUNTY MEASURE A ANNUAL ALLOCATION;\nAND (3) ADOPTING RESOLUTION NO 25-083 AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025/2026 BUDGET\n(CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE the Public Works Agreement between the City of Carson and McWil Sports\nSurfaces Inc. for an amount not-to-exceed of $171,920.00 (Exhibit No. 3); and\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Public Works Agreement following approval as to\nform by the City Attorney; and\n— 3. APPROVE the Purchase Order issued to McWil Sports Surfaces Inc. for an amount not to\nexceed $164,765 procured under CMC Section 2611(g) (Cooperative Purchasing bidding\nexemption) and Sourcewell Contract #031022-GER; and\n— 4. AUTHORIZE the City Manager or designee to submit and execute all documents necessary\nto ensure and obtain RPOSD reimbursement to the City for the Public Works Agreement and\nPurchase Order out of the Proposition A Annual Allocation grant funding; and\n— 5. ADOPT Resolution No. 25-083, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARSON CITY COUNCIL\nAMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 BUDGET IN THE GENERAL FUND AND SPECIAL REVENUE\nFUNDS" (Exhibit No. 5).
