Conduct a public hearing on the proposed fees to establish a community\nalerting system for the City of El Segundo pursuant to California\nAssembly Bill 1646 (AB1646).\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Chevron\nCorporation for an estimated amount of $237,179 for FY 2025-26 to\nestablish a 24/7 community alerting system to notify El Segundo\nresidents, businesses, and visitors of any incidents generated by the\nChevron Oil Refinery in El Segundo.\n3. Adopt a resolution to establish fees for the City's costs for AB 1646\ncompliance.\n4. Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
