Authorizing the City Manager to amend agreement 1868-A for a three-year term with\nan option to extend for an additional two years in the amount not to exceed $225,000\ntotal, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with Fiesta Taxi Cooperative, Inc. to\nprovide Dial-A-Ride Supplement Service.\n2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
