Receive and file the staff presentation on the Granite Hill Project and provide\ndirection regarding the processing of the project, including potential strategies to\naddress compliance with the No Net Loss provisions of Senate Bill 330 (SB 330),\nthe City’s Regional Housing Needs Assessment (RHNA) obligations, and\nassociated California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review requirements; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a consultant services agreement for the\npreparation of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the project in accordance\nwith CEQA.\nStaff Report "PDF"
