C.\nUPDATED NORTH PYRITE MASTER PLAN AND POLICY OPTIONS\nFOR ADOPTION AND\nIMPLEMENTATION\nRequested Action: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Receive and file updated information from Environmental Protection Act (EPA)\nand the City Attorney regarding environmental review, redevelopment tools, and\ncost recovery options.\n2. Provide direction on whether to:\na. Proceed with preparation of a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report\n2. Provide direction on whether to:\na. Proceed with preparation of a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report\n(SEIR), with costs to be recouped from future development;\nb.\nProceed with a fiscal analysis of proposed land uses:\nc.
