5. Approve a Direct Payment Agreement No. 23Y-5006 with the State of California, Department of\nCommunity Services and Development to receive federally-funded Low-Income Home Energy\nAssistance Program grant funding to be applied to accounts of eligible electric utility customers\nfor a term commencing April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2026; and authorize the Public Utilities\nGeneral Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement and related documents and to take the\nnecessary or advisable actions to implement and administer the agreement.
