19. 23-321 Item submitted by Councilmember McKeon - One Stop Shop Update\nRecommended Action:\nDirect the City Manager to continue providing quarterly updates to City Council and to\nreturn to City Council with a proposed scope of work and timeline (i.e. schedule) showing\nwhen the One Stop Shop will be implemented at City Hall in order to cut the red tape and\nroll out the red carpet for businesses and improve customer service to our residents and\nvisitors. Please also provide any items needed from the City Council in order to streamline\nthis endeavor for maximum success.
