(3)\nDiscussion and Commission action on amending the Bylaws of the Los\nAngeles City Health Commission, Article IV – Officers, as follows:\nSection 4.10 President Emeritus\nThe honorary title of President Emeritus may be given to any\nCommissioner who has served as Commission President with\ndistinction, for at least two terms. The President Emeritus is not an\nOfficer, nor has any other roll or responsibility other than that of a\nCommissioner, should the individual continue to serve. Once bestowed\nupon an individual, the title of President Emeritus may be used in\npersonal letters for Commission business or other professional\nendeavors.
