AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH CENTRALIA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT AUTHORIZING\nTHE CITY'S PARTICIPATION IN THE EXPANDED LEARNING AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve an agreement for services with Centralia Elementary\nSchool District authorizing the City's participation in the Expanded Learning Division's after\nschool program; 2) Approve a budget amendment in the amount of $153,080; and, 3)\nAuthorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
