4.J. AMENDED AND RESTATED LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH FRIENDLY CENTER, INC. AUTHORIZING\nTHE OPERATION OF A RESOURCE CENTER AT THE BUENA PARK COMMUNITY CENTER AND THE\nWILLIAM PEAK PARK CLUBHOUSE\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve the amended and restated license agreement with\nFriendly Center, Inc. to operate a resource center at both the Buena Park Community Center\nand William Peak Park Clubhouse; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any\nnecessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager and\nCity Clerk to execute the agreement.
