12.9\nConsideration and Approval of a Resolution Approving a Pre-Qualified List of On-Call\nConsultants to Perform Civil Engineering Plan Review Services and Approval of\nMultiple On-Call Professional Services Agreements with Consultants on the List.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a Resolution approving a pre-qualified list of On-Call consultants on an asneeded basis to provide Civil Engineering Plan Review services related to the City’s\nCapital Improvement Program and Land Development Projects;\n2. Approve the multiple On-Call Professional Services Agreements with the consultants\nidentified in the pre-qualified list and authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to\nexecute the same on behalf of the City; and\n3.
