14.2\nAccount No:\nVarious\nConsideration and Approval of an Amendment to the Professional Services\nAgreement with RSG, Inc., to Increase the Not-to-Exceed Amount of $50,000 by an\nAdditional $150,000 and Extend the Term of the Agreement by Two (2) Years to\nContinue Professional Services for the City’s Housing Programs on an “On-Call”\nBasis.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with RSG, Inc., to\nincrease the not-to-exceed amount of $50,000 by an additional $150,000 and extend the\nterm of the Agreement by two (2) years for the City’s Housing programs on an “on-call”\nbasis for the City of El Monte; including but not limited to the subject matter areas of:\nadministration, technical, affordable housing and property management; and\n2.
