7.\nResolution Amending the Memorandum of Understanding with the Los\nAngeles Gateway Region Integrated Water Management Joint Powers\nAuthority.\n(500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve a resolution approving the Amended and Restated Joint Exercise\nof Powers Authority Agreement;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Amended and Restated Joint\nExercise of Powers Authority Agreement with the Los Angeles Gateway\nRegion Integrated Regional Water Management Joint Powers Authority\n(Gateway Water Management Authority or GWMA);\n3. Approve the Third Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding with\nthe GWMA to prepare and implement Watershed Management Programs\nand Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program for the Lower Los Angeles\nRiver Watershed (LLARW), and authorize the City Manager to execute the\namendment in a form approved by the City Attorney; and\n4.
