14.\nAmerican with Disabilities Act Sidewalk Improvements – Community\nDevelopment Block Grant Project, CIP No. 50118 – Notice of Completion.\nRecommendation:\n(500)\n1. Accept the work as completed for the American with Disabilities Act (ADA)\nSidewalk Improvements Project, CIP No. 50118 constructed by CJ\nConcrete Construction, Inc., and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice\nof Completion with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention payment and all other\nmonies due to CJ Concrete Construction, Inc., following the waiting period\nfrom the date the Notice of Completion is recorded.
