15.\nEmergency Storm Drain Repair at 9708 Bascom Street – Notice of\nCompletion.\n(500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Accept the work as completed for the Emergency Storm Drain Repair at\n9708 Bascom Street constructed by Sancon Technologies, Inc. and\nauthorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles\nCounty Registrar-Recorder; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention payment to Sancon\nTechnologies, Inc. following the mandatory waiting period from the date the\nNotice of Completion is recorded.
