Accept the work as completed for the Citywide Resurfacing and\nReconstruction Project, CIP No. 50066 constructed by Onyx Paving\nCompany, Inc., and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion\nwith the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to release the retention and all\nother monies to Onyx Paving Company, Inc., following the mandatory\nwaiting period from the date the Notice of Completion is recorded.
