Accept the work as completed for the Annual Signing and Striping\nImprovement Project, CIP No. 50109 constructed by WGJ Enterprises, Inc.,\ndba PCI (PCI) and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion\nwith the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention and all other monies\ndue to PCI, following the mandatory waiting period from the date the Notice\nof Completion is recorded.
