9.\nAcceptance of Grant Funds from the Land Water Conservation Fund for the\nSmith Park Aquatic Center.\n(700)\nRecommendation:\n1. Accept $6,000,000 in grant funding from the Department of Parks and\nRecreation, Office of Grants and Local Services, through the Land and\nWater Conservation Fund Program;\n2. Approve amending the fiscal year (FY) 2025-26 Budget by increasing the\nFederal Grant revenues and appropriation by $6,000,000; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all necessary\ndocuments, agreements, and amendments required to administer the grant.
