8.\nAmendment No. 1 to Master Services Agreement with Netwatch North\nAmerica, Inc., Extending Proactive Video Monitoring Services at Various City\nSites.\n(500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to enter into Amendment No. 1 to Master\nServices Agreement No. 24-2393 and Addendums with Netwatch North\nAmerica, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney to extend proactive\nvideo monitoring services at various City sites, as authorized under the City\nof Pico Rivera’s sole source procurement procedures, in an amount not-toexceed $446,803 for the first three (3) years, beginning in December 2024,\nthrough December 2027, with the option for two (2), five-year extensions.\nAgreement No. 24-2393-1
