7.\nCONSIDERATION OF DIRECTION ON A CONCEPTUAL AGREEMENT WITH\nLSL TO PROVIDE FINANCE DEPARTMENT LEADERSHIP AND ADVISORY\nSERVICES\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council consider the\nfollowing options: 1) Provide direction to staff on a new agreement with\nLSL to provide Finance Department Leadership and Advisory Services 2)\nAuthorize the Mayor and City Attorney to execute an agreement with LSL\nfor those services.\nStaff Report
