2. Approve a Resolution Approving Amended and Restated Joint Powers Agreement with\nLos Angeles Region Integrated Regional Water Management Joint Power Authority\n(GWMA) & Approval of Joint Powers Agreement\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Adopting a Resolution approving the Amended and Restated Joint Powers Agreement with the\nLos Angeles Gateway Region Integrated Regional Water Management Joint Powers Authority,\nthereby reaffirming the City’s participation and continuing membership until such time the City\nelects to withdraw, which has annual membership dues of $15,000; and\nb. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
