5. Approve Professional Service Agreement with Willdan for a Temporary Code\nEnforcement Supervisor and Reappropriation of Funds\nThe City Council will consider: (CD)\na. Approve an Agreement with Willdan Engineering to provide one Code Enforcement Supervisor\nfor an initial term of four-months, with the option to extend the Agreement for one additional\nmonth, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney;\nb. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement and any necessary amendments or extensions;\nand\nc. Approve the reappropriation of $88,000 from Salaries (Account No. 100-604-29-5101) to\nProfessional Services (Account No. 100-604-29-6101) to fund the contract.
