12. Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP PR-25-554 and award a\ncontract to Aquatechnex LLC, of Santa Ana, CA, for providing lake water quality\nmanagement services, in an annual amount not to exceed $200,000, authorize a\n10 percent contingency in the amount of $20,000, for a total annual contract\namount not to exceed $220,000, for a period of two years, with the option to renew\nfor three additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager; and,\nauthorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to enter\ninto the contract, including any necessary subsequent amendments; and\nAuthorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to\namend Purchase Order No. 22507042 with Aquatechnex LLC, of Santa Ana, CA,\nfor providing lake water quality management services, to increase the amount by\n$50,000, for a revised total amount not to exceed $150,000.
