Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP ED-25-538 and award contracts\nto Continental Acquisition Services, Inc., of Fresno, CA; Epic Land Solutions, Inc.,\nof Torrance, CA; Interwest Consulting Group, Inc., of Loveland, CO; and Overland,\nPacific & Cutler, LLC, a Transystems Company, of Long Beach, CA, for as-needed\nreal property acquisition, relocation, and related services, in a total aggregate\namount not to exceed $3,000,000, for a period of two years, with the option to\nrenew for three additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager;\nand authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents necessary to\nenter into the contracts, including any necessary amendments.
