Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP ED-24-481 and award contracts\nto AECOM Technical Services, Inc., Long Beach, CA; HR&A Advisors, Inc., Los\nAngeles, CA; Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage, Inc., Dallas, TX; Keyser Marston\nAssociates, Inc., Los Angeles, CA; Kosmont & Associates, Inc. dba Kosmont\nCompanies, El Segundo, CA, for as-needed real estate economic analysis\nprofessional services, in a total aggregate amount not to exceed $1,500,000, for a\nperiod of two years, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods,\nat the discretion of the City Manager; and, authorize City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute all documents necessary to enter into the contracts, including any\nnecessary amendments.
