Recommendation to request City Council to approve the application of Port\nMoresby, Papua New Guinea as a new Sister City with the City of Long Beach,\nand authorize Mayor of Long Beach to take necessary actions and execute any\nand all documents to accomplish the establishment of such a relationship; and\nRequest City Attorney to prepare resolution authorizing a sister city relationship\nwith Port Moresby to memorialize this partnership, and return the resolution to\ncouncil.\nOffice or Department: Rex Richardson, Mayor\nSuggested Action: Approve recommendation.
